As portion of the day to day running of the Progress Trailer Sales (PBS) business we collect and deposit information about our customers. This information is stored securely and only worn for the purposes of providing our customers with the superior plausible service. All priced quoted by PBS are estimates at the time of quotation and are subject to alteration due to any subsequent change in: 3.1 the costs of production, manufacture or supply. All goods sold by PBS to the customer shall remain the sole and absolute property of PBS as legal and equitable owner, and property and title to the goods shall not pass from PBS to the customer, until the customer had paid for the goods in full. Until the goods are paid in full, the customer shall place and use the goods separately form its own goods or those of any other person in a manner which renders them clearly identifiable as the goods of PBS and shall not permit the goods to be incorporated in or used as material for other goods.
