We have a elated 40 year history. At the time a insignificant group of individuals in the township of sunburn Victoria (population 900), took the initiative to apply, to ensure they had better access to the health services they and their families required. There were initial discussions about how the funds could be spent and a management committee was established. We trust that it’s in making improvements to these factors that we make the biggest difference to health and well being overall. While we are available to the entire community of sunburn and its surrounds, we priorities our services to those whose health and healthy being is vulnerable or at risk. We confess that this land is the deposit of age worn ceremonies of celebration, initiation and renewal and that the Kulin Nation people's living culture has a unique role in the life of this region. ARC is a six week program for family members concerned about their loved one’s alcohol and other drugs use. We construct the social fabric of our communities through programs that help people encourage themselves and each other. We will be in the community, supporting community to create opportunities for all to learn, grow and belong. sunburn Community Health is committed to continuous quality improvement in all areas of our organization. We are currently accredited for our aged care, family, hasty childhood education, home and community concern and family violence services. sunburn Community Health is committed to active together, with clients, to accomplish their goals. Goaldirected care planning is where we work with clients to set goals and priorities and prosper ways to accomplish definite results. We labor with clients and where appropriate, with their carers, families, friends, community groups, doctor and other health professionals to thrive a important care plan. The My Care Plan helps to identify who needs to be involved, actions to achieve client goals and time frames. Sometimes we may ask for clients’ consent for the service providers to meet, altogether, to discuss their care plan. These meetings enable us to work together and to share information about their protection so that we can: better coordinate our services, lessen information we gather from clients and support diverse ways to accomplish their goals. Whether you have concerns about alcohol or other drugs, relationships, family crises, financial catastrophe or mental health concerns, our staff are here to aid you. Family Violence Conselling provides encourage to women experiencing violence and abuse from a partner or ex partner, another family member or someone else they are close to. The 12 week program assists men to change the way they think and act so they can form more polite relationships with their partners, children, families, friends or those at work. Our services aim to promote earlier people to live safe, energetic and connected lives in our community. Our team of professionals can bear advice, assessment and information about the services that are available to support former people and their families. We have a number of supported social groups available for people who are delicate aged, have chronic illness, disability or dementia, and who have limited access to social opportunities in the community and are living at home. We employ a Social Worker to work with people around complicated problems or concerns they may have in life, due to having chronic or age related conditions, or if they are caring for a family member who does. We believe that making improvements to these factors will make the biggest difference to health and healthy being overall.

Our Alcohol and Other Drugs counseling service promotes the healthy being of individuals, their families and our community by reducing the harms associated with alcohol and other drug use. Our counselors help people to identify and address concerns relating to alcohol and other drug use, mental health problems and life’s challenges. Our aim is to restore hope and meaning in people’s lives. A counselor will go over everything with you. NASA House are committed to a rights’ advocacy approach in service delivery. Respond beginning and foremost to the concerns of victim survivors of sexual attack who are in crisis. Provide services which are free, confidential, accessible and good in recognition of the particular needs arising from the universal, cultural and individual aspects of victim survivors’ lives. Ensure that the experience of victim survivors of sexual assault informs the direction of the services provided. Growing up with a brother or sister with a disability provides challenges and opportunities that other kids may not understand. Connecting Us is an 8 week group program, which gives children the chance to meet others in a similar situation, within a sound environment to have mirth and share experiences. Through the group process children learn ways to deal with problems that arise helping them feel stronger and more able to convince what happens around them. This service is primarily available to residents of sunburn, Bella and Diggers Rest however, can also be offered to surrounding areas depending on capacity.
